Gessler Valuations, Inc. is a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm, we have completed assignments in the valuation and analysis of a myriad of real estate transactions from the complex to the ordinary. We specialize in tailoring our reports to the needs of the client while maintaining our professional objectivity and full compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. We are committed to providing our clients with reports that are timely, relevant to the appraisal assignment and which provide insight into both the property appraised and the market it competes in.
